There are two distinct pricing structures at the Dodo Apartments.

Full Service
The full service plan works much like a hotel, and includes electricity, gas, water, cable TV, wireless internet, pillows, linens and towels, as well as maid service three time per week. In fact, like a hotel, you can rent a Dodo apartment for a single night. It's less expensive than almost any conventional hotel, while at the same time offering more space, and a kitchenette.

Long Term
The long term plan requires a stay of at least two months. This plan is more similar to a conventional apartment rental. The wireless internet is still included, but the tenant provides their own pillows and linens. Electricity is billed separately, every two months, and there are several cable TV plans that can be purchased that include a selection of English language programming, U.S. networks, as well as premium movie channels. Long term tenants, are asked to pay a security deposit equal to one month's rent, and to give 30 days notice when leaving.

Several of our tenants who live in the states or elsewhere, take advantage of the reasonable long term rates by maintaining their Dodo apartment year-round. And when the snow back home gets too deep, or when they are ready to escape from their every day lives, their second home awaits them.
